Chipotle Breakfast Burrito: Great idea, but what would it look like?
The idea of a Chipotle breakfast burrito is so…wondrous, it brings tears to the eyes of burrito lovers (such as yours truly, father of Burrito Avatar Friday).
But what would it actually look like? That’s for Chipotle to decide, and it might derive a bit of inspiration from the Highland Grill.
I recently dined at this fine establishment with Albert Maruggi — on a Burrito Avatar Friday, no less — and so I naturally had the breakfast burrito. From the menu:
My, what a great meal. Try it, Chipotle! I have a couple of pictures, which aren’t the best, but just might whet your appetite.

I’ve had the same dish at the Longfellow Grill, which I believe is owned by the same folks. It’s pretty damn good, too.

Look at that joy on his face, Look at the zest to take on the day as he tears into that breakfast Buritto.
This my friends (yeah so John McCain says that too what’s the big deal) is one happy man. Give him a Breakfast Buritto, All that’s mising is the Aluminium Foil.

Wow–I didn’t think of adding sausage to the equation. That could really be something!
This morning I had a “breakfast wrap” from Holiday Gas station. My friends, it was not good. It made me wish that the burrito-masters would get on it and bring satisfaction to all of us!
